Underlining the importance of economic borders to reach beyond political borders, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said, "There is no other way for success. Turkish exporters are the leading group in this regard. Anadolu News Agency reported"

During his speech in Turkish Exporters Assembly's (TIM) Extended Chairmen Council Meeting, Davutoglu said Turkey is currently conducting humanitarian operations in 37 countries through Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).

After the financial crisis in Europe, Davutoglu stated that Turkey started to focus more on neighboring countries and if a problem is foreseen in nearby regions, expansion politics are conducted towards Africa, Latin America and Eastern Asia.

Emphasizing that there is no place for status quo and steadiness in politics, Davutoglu said, "You must be always on the move. If you are not in the right place in the right time, you will lose that region's market on the next term."

Davutoglu reminded that Turkey has been cooperating with 15 countries since 2009 with High Level Strategic Cooperation Council, which is a mechanism that rapidly resolves matters, which would maybe take years to solve.

"We have signed 355 agreements with 16 countries with this mechanism," said Davutoglu, adding, "90 percent of these agreements are in financial content."

Regarding the anti-graft probe in Turkey, Davutoglu stated that these are minor issues that can happen in any democtratic country. "What is important is to have a strong social foundation, to protect our unity," said Davutgolu and added, "If there are powers which feel disturbed by our government, be sure that it is due to the revolution that we have actualized in this geographical region."
