In January 2014, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes transferred 780. 35 million manats of tax payments to the state budget, which is 4.66 percent (745.6 million manats) above the indicator of January 2013, the information issued by the ministry says.

Tax deductions from the non-oil sector to the state budget were 330.88 million manats, or 42.4 percent of the total volume of revenue.

The revenue on this line increased by 8.75 percent, or by 26.63 million manats compared to the same indicator of 2013.

The forecast on tax deductions for the ministry in 2014 has been determined in the amount of 7.1 billion manats.

In January 2014, 8, 662 taxpayers registered. The total number of taxpayers on Feb. 1 2014 was 544 981. Their number increased by 11.4 percent in 2013.

In January 2014, the specific weight of tax declarations given in an electronic form was 92.2 percent.

The official exchange rate on Feb. 13 is 0, 7844 AZN/USD.
