President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order to approve Culture Concept of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The move is aimed at ensuring development of Azerbaijan's culture, its protection from internal and external threats, its integration into the world culture system, as well as the strengthening of the protection of human rights and freedoms in the field of culture.
Under the presidential Order, the Cabinet of Ministers shall submit, in six months, to the President draft state programs for the execution of the Concept.
