Viktor Yanukovych, who has declared his legitimacy as Ukraine's president, said he will return to Ukraine if security for him and his family is guaranteed, according to RIA Novosti.
"I will return to Ukraine as soon as all conditions of my and my family's safety are met," Yanukovych said at a press conference.
