Turkey's security officials conducted a drug trafficking operation during a traffic control stop in an eastern province of Turkey Anadoly Agency reported.
According to a statement from the Agri governor's office, police forces, with the help of two sniffer dogs, found 457 kilograms of heroin packed into a lorry.
The driver was taken into custody but his identification was not released.
