An unidentified person with explosives broke into the building of the Turkish armed forces general staff in Ankara, Turkish Sabah newspaper reported on March 19.
Security forces were sent to the scene, according to the newspaper.
The police disarmed the person who broke into the general staff, the newspaper said.
The person was a Turkish citizen, according to the newspaper.
His name was not reported.
A criminal case was launched into the incident.
