Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is to attend a two-day NATO meeting in Brussels on Tuesday to include talks on the crisis in Ukraine, Anadolu Agency reported.

The meeting will focus on the Ukrainian crisis and preparations for NATO's Summit in Wales in September, as well as NATO's relations with partners and the International Security Assistance Force's (ISAF) operation in Afghanistan, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday.

The ministers will focus on increasing support for Ukraine and the consequences of Russia's military actions in the country, NATO said in a statement.

"On the margins of the meeting, a ceremony will be held to mark the anniversary of NATO enlargements in the post-1999 period," said the Turkish ministry.

Foreign Minister Davutoglu is also expected to hold bilateral talks in Brussels with his counterparts.

A meeting to be held between the EU, the United States and Turkey has been cancelled due to changes made by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who will arrive from Israel after another round of Israeli-Palestinian talks.
