Azerbaijani Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov left for an official visit to Turkey with the purpose to participate in the opening of the regular session of the "SportAccord" International Convention in Antalya.
Opportunities for meetings and discussions between the president and general secretary of the Federation, as well as the heads of the companies associated with the sport will be created within the framework of the session, according to the press service of the ministry.
The session will include the meetings of the Executive Board of the International Olympic Committee , the General Assemblies of the International Federations of Summer and Winter Olympic Games and others. Furthermore, an exhibition devoted to Baku 2015 First European Games , and the presentation I European games will also be held.
The session will be concluded on April 10.
"SportAccord" is an organization conducting global events supported by the International Olympic Committee.
