Azerbaijan assumed the chairmanship in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Turkic-speaking countries (TURKPA) from Turkey at a meeting of the TURKPA Assembly Council in Baku on June 12.
Chairman of the Turkish Parliament Cemil Cicek made a report on his country's chairmanship in the organization.
The organization includes four countries, namely, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
