By Elena Kosolapova - Trend: Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov reprimanded some politicians and civil servants for bad execution of the president's orders, Kazakhstanskaya Pravda official newspaper reported on June 27.

The head of the prime minister's office, deputy ministers, executive secretaries, deputy regional governors and heads of national companies report on their work on execution of the President's orders once a week.

Following the last report the disciplinary charges were brought against five civil servants.

The prime minister rebuked Vice-Minister of Agriculture Saparhan Omarov for bad execution of the President's order on development of the program for the development of agro-industrial complex of the country until 2020.

Moreover, Deputy heads of the city of Astana and East- Kazakhstan, Karaganda and Mangistau regions were rebuked and reprimanded. Deputy Mayor of Astana Vasily Krylov was reprimanded for poor execution of the presidential order on the introduction of a single payment document to pay for public utilities and the Zheruyik park construction.

Deputy head of East Kazakhstan region Yerlan Tekeshov was severely reprimanded, first Deputy head of Karaganda region Gabit Muhambetov was reprimanded and Mangistau region's deputy head Suyindik Aldashov was rebuked for the repeated postponement of the completion of the Blood Center construction in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk and for delayed development of documentation on the construction of 350 clinics and polyclinics envisaged by the presidential order.
