Azerbaijani construction company plans to build "Azerbaijani quarter" residential complex in Astana, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Rapil Zhoshybayev told journalists.
The project was recently discussed in the city akimat (City Hall), he said.
The complex will consist of several residential buildings in the Azerbaijani spirit.
In general, the Azerbaijani companies, including those which engaged in construction sector are operating very actively in Kazakhstan, implementing a number of major projects, according to Zhoshybayev.
