Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian left for Kuwait with a visit on July 7, Iran's İLNA news agency reported.

The deputy minister will also visit Oman and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Reportedly, during the visits, Amir-Abdollahian will meet with officials of the three countries to discuss the current situation in the region, especially in Iraq and Syria.

Iran's deputy foreign minister visited Russia on June 30 and had discussions with the country's officials on the situation in Iraq and the Middle East.
