Kazakhstan develops a conceptual design of "KazSat-3" spacecraft. It is planned to be launched in 2014, Kazakh Prime Minister's website said.

The reserve land satellite control complex and communication monitoring systems will be fully commissioned in the first half of 2012. At present, the equipment is being installed.

It is planned to commission the space remote sensing system in 2013-2014. The space-rocket complex "Baiterek" is planned to be constructed at the "Baikonur" cosmodrome with the participation of the Russian side.

Space activity is carried out within the state program of forced industrial-innovative development in Kazakhstan. The National Space Agency implements specific investment projects.
