Vladislav Chelakh, serving in "Arkankergen" port in the Almaty region of Kazakhstan (in the south-east) at the Kazakh-Chinese border, has confessed to killing his colleagues.

"Chelakh confessed and took the blame," a source in the Governor's office in Almaty region told "Interfax-Kazakhstan" agency today.
