Kazakh Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei Volkov has received newly appointed European Union Special Representative for Central Asia Patricia Flor in Astana today.
The issues of cooperation between Kazakhstan and the EU in Central Asia were discussed. The sides paid special attention to the preparation of the ministerial meeting in "Central Asia - European Union" format in Bishkek and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton's visit to Kazakhstan in November.
