Kazakh Republican Guard's second-in-command Nurlan Zhylkaydarov has been dismissed, Kazakh president's press service reported.
"Nurlan Zhylkaydarov has been dismissed from the post of second-in-command of the Republican Guard of Kazakhstan by an order of the president," the report says.
Zhylkaydarov has served as second-in-command of the Republican Guard of Kazakhstan since 2006.
