By Elena Kosolapova - Trend:The eighth annual Mangystau Oil, Gas and Infrastructure 2013 exhibition kicked off on Tuesday in the Kazakh city of Aktau, Kazinform reported.
Over 70 companies from the UK, Kazakhstan, China and Russia are taking part.
The exhibition is organised by Iteca and officially supported by the Kazakh Oil and Gas Ministry, Mangistau region's authorities and Kazakh National Oil and Gas Company KazMunaiGas.
All the exhibitors are divided into different groups according to their activity and the sectors covered are oil and gas production and processing, geology and geophysics, construction, engineering and consulting, personal protection, energy, telecommunications and transport.
The exhibition will run for three days.
