By Daniyar Mukhtarov - Trend:

Some 95 percent of the IEDs are made according to the Internet instructions in Kazakhstan Kazakh political scientist Yerlan Karin said at the briefing in Astana.

"Some 95 - 98 percent of the improvised explosive devices in Kazakhstan were fabricated according to the instructions on the Internet. That's why we raised the issue on the need for permanent monitoring of radical websites," Karin said.

Some part of the radical groups in the territory of Kazakhstan had weapons in the arsenal with erased numbers, according to political scientist.

"This is when the corrupt officers of the law enforcement bodies resold the weapons on the illegal market in the course of action for voluntary surrender of weapons among the population. Therefore, we also raise the issue of tightening control over such activities," the political scientist said.
