Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev ordered creation of the State Security Service of Kazakhstan.

"The President decreed to reorganize Presidential Guard Service and the Republican Guard through merging into the State Security Service of Kazakhstan," Kazakh presidency wrote in the official account in Twitter on April 21.

Anuar Sadykulov was appointed to the post of State Security Service's head.

Earlier Sadykulov served as a chief of the Presidential Guard Service.
