The legalization of diplomas of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEC) member-states is being discussed in Astana, member of the presidium of the Kazakh National Chamber of Entrepreneurs Talgat Doskenov said at a press conference in Astana on May 16.

"The representatives of the departments and committees of the Common Economic Space (CES) will arrive in Astana today," he said. "Before signing of the EAEC treaty, they will discuss many issues, including the legalization of higher education diplomas. We want to remove the barriers for the citizens of the three countries to move freely as part of the EAEC."

"The issues of intellectual property, a single registry, education, labor migration will be discussed in Astana," he said.

The president of Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus will sign the EAEC treaty in Astana on May 29, which should come into force in January 2015.

The trade turnover among the EAEC three member states has increased by 88 percent to reach $ 24 billion since 2009. The exports of processed goods from Kazakhstan doubled.
