The executive secretaries of the ministries were appointed upon the orders of the Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, Akorda reported Aug. 13.
"Daniyar Vagapov was appointed executive secretary of the Kazakh Ministry of National Economy; Aida Kurmangaliyeva - executive secretary of the Ministry of Health and Social Development; Beybut Atamkulov - executive secretary of the Ministry of Investment and Development; Kuatzhan Ualiev - executive secretary of the Ministry of Culture and Sports; Kanatbek Safinov - executive secretary of the Energy Ministry upon the presidential order," according to a statement.
Serikbol Musinov was dismissed from the position of executive secretary of the Ministry of Health; Zamir Saginov - from the position of executive secretary of the Ministry of Transport and Communications; Anatoly Dernovoy - from the position of executive secretary of the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources; Arystan Kabikenov - executive secretary of the Ministry of Regional Development; Bek Arpabaev - executive secretary of the Agency for Communication and Information; Nurlan Abdi - executive secretary of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Competition Protection (Antimonopoly Agency); Tolegen Ismailov - executive secretary of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Religious Affairs; Bakhytbek Imanaliev - executive secretary of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Statistics; Karligash Kaken - executive secretary of the Agency of Sport and Physical Culture; Rustam Akhmetov - executive secretary of the Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies; Janat Kozhahmetov - executive secretary of the Agency for Consumer Protection; Ergazy Nurgaliyev - executive secretary of the National Space Agency; Daulet Ergozhin - head of the department of social and economic monitoring of the presidential administration in connection with transfer to other position.
