The United States of America is ready to grant Kyrgyzstan a batch of wheel-chairs for physically challenged citizens, the U.S. Embassy in Kyrgyzstan reported.
The official granting ceremony will take place in the Ministry of Labor and Social Development. In October 2009 the embassy through the Counterpart International Company distributed 500 wheel chairs, 160 walking frames and 50 pairs of crutches in Issyk-Kul, Naryn, Osh and Jalalabad regions of Kyrgyzstan, news agency "24.kg" reported.
LDS Charities and the U.S. Department of State have been long supporting the physically challenged Kyrgyzstanis.
