![]() President of Kyrgyzstan, Kurmanbek Bakiev, has held bilateral talks with his Turkish counterpart, Abdullah Gul, as part of the upcoming summit of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) in Istanbul, "24.kg" news agency reported. At the meeting Bakiev reportedly asked the Turkish leader to assist attraction of investments to the Kyrgyz economy. "Kyrgyzstan has long created all necessary conditions for favorable business development," Bakiev said. The Turkish leader, in return, noted that there is a number of investors interested in business in Kyrgyzstan. Besides, Abdullah Gul pointed that Turkey would like to start cooperation with the newly-found Investment Agency in Kyrgyzstan.
