All state schools in Bishkek were put in cold and virus diseases quarantine, as the Bishkek education department under the city administration confirmed the information to the news agency 24.kg Monday.
Number of school students with acute respiratory viral infections and flu averages from 28 to 35 percent. In some secondary schools sickness rate hit 45 percent by the end of the last week.
The quarantine will reportedly last from November 23 to 30. The Health Care Ministry of Kyrgyzstan speaks not of swine flu pandemic in school sphere but just increase in cold diseases incidence.
