By the Russian publication "Zemlyaki", Diaspora conflicts causes 80 percent of crimes committed by Kyrgyzstanis in Russia.
Reportedly, the situation was smoothed out by sharp reduction of labor migrants from Kyrgyzstan in Sverdlovsk region. The Diaspora did not exceed 8 thousand people by the end of 2009. Though for 2008, it was around 33.5 thousand persons, news agency "24.kg" reported.
