OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE / ODIHR) will present a preliminary report on the presidential election on October 31, media analyst of OSCE mission Ivan Gadarsky told KyrTAG on Sunday.

"OSCE / ODIHR will present a preliminary report on the presidential election on October 31 at the press conference in Bishkek. Special statement will be made by the Special Coordinator Walburga Habsburg Douglas, who heads the mission of the OSCE short-term observers," said I. Gadarsky.

According to him, the election involved 400 observers from 41 countries, including 45 long term observers and experts of the OSCE / ODIHR.

"Also, 286 short term observers seconded by participating States at the request of the OSCE / ODIHR, as well as 33 parliamentarians and staff of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, 8 observers from the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, 8 observers from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and 7 - of the European Parliament", - concluded I.Gadarsky.
