Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Nikolai Bordyuzha will pay a working visit to Bishkek on March 12, KirTAG reported today citing the CSTO Secretariat.
"CSTO Secretary General Bordyuzha will pay a working visit to Kyrgyzstan on March 12-14 to inform the country's leadership about fulfilling the decisions of the December (2012) session of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and implementing Kyrgyzstan's priorities during the presidency in the Organization in 2013," a statement said.
An appropriate action plan will be submitted to the Kyrgyz President, Chairman of the Collective Security Council Almazbek Atambayev for approval.
The talks are planned to be held with Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Erlan Abdyldayev, Defense Council Secretary Busurmankul Tabaldiyev and Defense Minister Taalaibek Omuraliev.
Bordyuzha will meet with heads of the Interior Ministry, the counter drug trafficking state administration under the Kyrgyz government, Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) and discuss cooperation within the CSTO.
