Chinese company started the implementation of the project on heat electric power station construction in Tajikistan's capital city Dushanbe, Avesta.tj reported on Monday.
The project, which was developed by Chinese specialists, is being implemented by Tebian Electric Apparatus (TBEA) company.
There are no details on the method of the project's implementation.
The agreement on the construction of electric power station was reached in February, 2009.
