About 10 people were detained following an attack on the British embassy in Tajikistan's capital of Dushanbe, Avesta.Tj reported, referring to a source in the Tajik law enforcement agency.
"The investigation on the incident is in progress," a source said without providing any details.
On June 10 the British Embassy in Dushanbe was attacked by a group of people, who threw stones at the building. The motives and circumstances which prompted the attack are unknown.
The British Embassy has not yet expressed its official position on this issue.
