President of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov are expected to sign the trilateral framework agreement on Wednesday following the talks in Ashgabat, CA-News reported with the referrence to Tajik Transport Ministry.
The agreement will defines the terms of construction of the railway between Ashgabat and Dushanbe through Afghanistan. The talks are planned upon arrival of Karzai and Rahmon in Ashgabat.
The President of Tajikistan has leaved for Ashgabat already. He is accompanied by his advisor for foreign policy Erkin Rahmatulloev, Foreign Minister Khamrokhon Zarifi, Minister of Transport Nizom Khakimov and other officials.
