Consist of the Turkmen-Belarusian intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation was adopted with the Turkmen side, said in report of Turkmen government.

The decree was signed by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov "to further development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Belarus".

The delegation of Turkmenistan headed by Babaniyaz Italmazov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Industry. Deputy Prime Minister in charge of the activities of the Ministry of Industry, the government association "Turkmenhaly" (Turkmencarpet ), Ministry of Textiles , State Committee for Fisheries , the state concern "Turkmenkhimiya".

The largest joint project is the construction of mining and processing plant in Lebap region . A corresponding agreement of "Belgorkhimprom" (Belarus) with the Turkmen government was signed in 2010.

Putting into operation of the plant, valued at $ 1.2 billion due in early 2015. Developing Garlyk - one of the richest reserves of potassium salts with displays located on the territory of Turkmenistan will annually receive 1.4 million tons.

At the same time, Belarus is a traditional supplier of agricultural machinery for local agriculture.
