Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed a decree on postponement of the day off from Dec.29 to Dec.31 2013, a message from the Turkmen government said on Dec.21.
The decree was signed in accordance with the fourth part of Article 81 of Turkmenistan's Labour Code in order to create favorable conditions for the solemn celebration of the New Year and for a good recreation of the population.
All institutions, enterprises and organizations, regardless of ownership form, are prescribed to enforce this order.
