The newly Mongolian appointed extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to Ankara, Badamdorj Batkhishig has today delivered the copies of his credentials, addressed to President Karimov, to Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said today.

The newly Mongolian appointed extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to Ankara, Badamdorj Batkhishig has today delivered the copies of his credentials, addressed to President Karimov, to Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said today.

During the conversation, Abdulaziz Kamilov and Badamdorj Batkhishig discussed the state and prospects of the Uzbek-Mongolian cooperation in a bilateral format and within international organizations.

The parties stressed that the basis for intensifying the multi-faceted cooperation is the parties' desire to the consistent strengthening of the relations in various fields, the similarity of approaches to the problems of international and regional security.

The interlocutors stressed their mutual interest in establishing direct relations between representatives of business circles. This will allow the full utilization of the existing potential to expand the range of mutual supplies and to increase the trade volumes.
