Security Forces Commander Mohammadrza Alipur stated that the 13 Abana [Nov. 4] demonstrations will be allowed only before the U.S. "spy den" in Tehran. Actions in other places are considered illegal and police will prevent even if brutal actions are needed, ISNA news agency reported
Alipur said first warning will be made for unsanctioned rallies, but police will have to take brutal measures with regard to those demonstrating disobedience and resistance
