Quake hits Iranian Khuzistan Province (UPDATED)

An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale jolted the Husseinie town in the Khuzistan province of Iran today, IRINN reported.

The Seismological Center under the Tehran University's Geophysics Institute registered the quake at 13:55 local time.

An earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale jolted the Andimeshk town in the Khuzistan province of Iran today, IRINN reported.

There are yet no reports on the number of possible casualties or damage to properties by the quake.
