Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani is due to pay a visit to Istanbul, Turkey, on May 20 to take part in a meeting of the executive committee of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), Fars News Agency reported.
Larijani will be accompanied by a parliamentary delegation in the OIC meeting which has been called by Iran.
While in Turkey, the Iranian parliament speaker is also slated to meet with colleagues from different Muslim states as well as senior Turkish officials to discuss bilateral and multilateral ties and cooperation.
Iran, Indonesia, Syria, Uganda, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Cameron and Burkina Faso are members of the OIC executive committee.
