An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale jolted the Saravan town in the Sistan-Baluchestan province of Iran last night, IRIBNEWS reported.
The Seismological Center under the Tehran University's Geophysics Institute registered the quake at 22:15local time.
There are no reports on the number of possible casualties or damage to properties by the quake.
