An earthquake measuring 3.6 on Richter scale jolted Bandar (Port) Genaveh in southern province of Bushehr on Friday evening, IRNA reported.
According to the report of seismography center affiliated to Tehran University Geophysics Institute, the tremor occurred at 20:51 hours local time.
The first tremor occurred at 20:45 hours local time and measured 4.8 on Richter scale.
There is no immediate report on possible casualties or damage of the two tremors.
