Iran's northwestern town of Tabriz and the Turkish town of Erzurum have established a flight route between them.
The first flight on the route took off from Turkey and landed at the Tabriz airport to officially inaugurate line on Friday June 22, the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) reports.
Flights between Tabriz and Erzurum will have the capacity for 149 or 168 passengers. The route is the second between Tabriz and Turkey to its north.
