Iran must return to the negotiating table and make meaningful and "substantial offers" in its talks with world powers over its nuclear programme, German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle said Sunday.
A political-diplomatic solution remained possible, Westerwelle, who is visiting Jerusalem, told reporters as he met Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak. Barak praised Germany as one of Israel's most important supporter, dpa reported.
