The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in a message to the great nation of Iran and great Muslim Ummah condemned the recent sacrilege move by releasing an anti-Islam movie by an Israeli-American filmmaker in the US, IRNA reported.
The Supreme Leader noted that if the US government is sincere in its allegations that it did not have any role in such anti-Islam move, it should do its best bringing the perpetrator of such criminal act to justice.
He said that the enemies of Islam once again insulted the holy Prophet of Islam by conducting such insane move.
"If they (the US and the West) did not support the previous anti-Islam attempts carried by the blasphemous British writer Salam Rushdie, a Danish caricaturist, American priests who burnt the holy Qur'an, and releasing tens of anti-Islam movies, today we would not be witnessing such unforgivable sin committed by them," Ayatollah Khamenei further said.
