Iran's Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said the Israeli regime continues its constant aggressions against the besieged Gaza Strip under the auspices of global hegemonic powers, Press TV reported.
In a telephone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Cemil Cicek, Larijani expressed concern over the critical humanitarian condition in Gaza amid the recent wave of Israeli attacks against the blockaded coastal enclave.
"The Israeli regime, which has not adhered to any of the international treaties and laws, has committed another crime in Gaza with the support of the global powers," he said.
The Majlis speaker pointed to his telephone talks with the parliament speakers of some Islamic countries, including Iraq, Algeria, Tunisia, Pakistan, Lebanon and Syria, as well as the secretary general of the Inter-Parliamentary Union about Israel's ongoing war on Gaza.
Cicek, for his part, said that the Turkish nation and government are deeply concerned about the developments in Gaza and they condemn Israel's aggressions against the besieged coastal sliver.
He noted that Turkey, in cooperation with other Islamic countries, will devote its efforts to put an end to the Israeli attacks against Gaza and pledged Ankara's support for the Gazan people.
Larijani and Cicek also agreed to continue bilateral consultations to help resolve the crisis.
At least 30 Palestinians have been killed since the Israeli offensive against the Gaza Strip began on Wednesday.
