Abdollah Norouzi was appointed as the plenipotentiary envoy of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Bulgaria, the Mehr News Agency reported.
Norouzi had previously served as Iran's ambassador to Sweden and Iran's counsel general to Mumbai.
