Two people have been publicly executed in the centre of the city of Pakdash in the Iranian Tehran Province today, ISNA News Agency reported on Friday.
According to the report, the two were executed on charges of kidnapping, murder and rape.
Between October-November 2012, 20 people were executed in Tehran on charges of illegal trafficking and sale of drugs.
According to media reports, 587 people were executed in Iran last year.
