The Iranian parliament has issued 3,850 notes of caution for ministers during the current Iranian calendar year, of which 480 notes have been related to President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the Mehr News Agency quoted MP Hossein Mozaffar as saying.
To date, 37 laws have been approved by the parliament, but just 37 laws have been instructed by the president, he noted.
Unfortunately, 20 laws have been instructed with delay and 12 others have been delayed to the extent that they were announced by the parliament through official newspapers, he said.
