Torkan went on to criticize Ahmadinejad`s "rushed decisions" including appointing and dismissing officials, signing new contracts and transferring state assets in last weeks of his administration term.
The advisor reminded of Ahmadinejad`s letter of 8 years ago which was addressed to the then president Mohammad Khatami in 17 article demanding to avoid making decisions which will put pressure on the next administration.
He also remarked Ahmadinejad administration's failures linked to oil and gas industry and said that none of the South Pars gas field's phases which began during the administration of Ahmadinejad, have been inaugurated.
Hassan Rouhani won the June 14 presidential elections in Iran, gathering over 50 percent of votes, securing his place as the next president of Iran.
