Head of Iran's Administrative Justice Court, Mohammad Javad Montazeri said that suspending decisions made by Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's government by Vice president, is illegal, Tasnimi news portal reported.

"Legally processed approvals of the government can be suspended in 2 cases - by parliament speaker's statement that announces them violating the laws, or by presenting a complaint to the Administrative Court of Justice," he said.

It should be recalled that, Iran's vice-president Eshaq Jahangiri has halted some decisions made by ex-president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Aug. 6.

One of the former administration's halted approvals is the "Mehr Afarin" program which planned employment of some 500,000 people.

Jahangiri`s has banned any new employment, employee transfer, changing labor contracts and administrative structure till new administration makes decision about them.
