European Union's foreign policy chief, Catherine Ashton, hold a meeting with Iran's parliament (Majlis) speaker, Ali Larijani, on Mar. 9 in Tehran.

Ashton earlier met with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and the country's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.

During the meeting with Zarif, Iranian minister said that Iran will only accept a solution that is respectful to Iranian nation's rights.

"Iran has shown good will and it is up to other side to fulfill its commitment, "he added.

Ashton, for her part, said that there is no guarantee of final Iran nuclear accord.

"We talked about the move forward," she explained.

Arriving in Tehran on the International Women's Day, Ashton said that it is a great privilege to meet Iranian women.

EU's foreign policy chief arrived in Tehran on Saturday for an official visit.

Ashton is also scheduled to meet with Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani.

Iran's nuclear energy program as well as relations with the European Union will be at the heart of the talks.
