Over a half of billion dollars condensate exported through single channel

Iran exported over $544 million during the last month of the past fiscal year that ended on March 20.

Khodadad Rahimi, said on April 7 that some 859,248 tons of gas condensates were exported from South Pars gas field to 15 countries, Iran's IRNA News Agency reported on April 7.

Rahimi, Director of Pars went on to note that Special Economic Energy Zone went on to say that gas condensate export accounts for 59 per cent of PSEEZ's total non-oil exports.

The following countries are among Iran's condensate customers; Afghanistan, Belgium,China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Romania, Spain, Thailand, The Netherlands, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam, he explained.

"Some 14,104 tons of goods worth over $267 million were imported to PSEEZ in the mentioned month.

The figure shows a 77 percent rise in terms of value compared to the same month previous year.

Managing director of Iranian Oil Terminals Company, Seyed Pirouz Mousavi, said that by acquiring a single buoy mooring (SBM) and metering Systems, Phase 12 of South Pars gas field is ready to export gas condensates, IRNA reported on April 7.

He went on to note based on the agreements of the phase 12's gas condensates will be exported from Tombak region, located 65 kilometers east of Assaluyeh port.

According to Custom Administration report, Iran exported about 897,000 tons of condensate during the last month of previous Iranian fiscal year.
