The Islamic Revolution's Guards Corps (IRGC) has unveiled a simulator for speed boats.

The system was unveiled in the city of Isfahan on the occasion of the anniversary of IRGC's establishment on April 22, Iran's IRIB reported on April 20.

The simulator, dubbed as Ashoura, has been designed and built by Iranian engineers at Amir al-Mo'menin Students Complex in Isfahan and all its parts have been produced domestically.

The system can be in contact with military and commercial ships through GPS.

Different strategic points of the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz have been determined in the maps of this simulation system.
